Injury Management remains one of the most difficult aspects of health for an enterprise to manage. Our unique OMR service in Adelaide provides you with an even more effective option to manage the risk of LTI’s including the after hours period when available services are far more limited. Many of our callouts are such that injured workers do not need to leave the work site for initial management. A small upfront fee can help stave off potentially more expensive “back end” claims costs and in many cases can be claimed back through the workers compnsation system..

OMR is the logical extension of our early intervention approach resulting in stay at work out comes rather than early return to work.

How the system works:

Our Onsite Services Team can arrange a site visit. We will discuss with you any previous injuries, expected injuries and any heath care issues. We explain how our system works and after it has been established that onsite medical response will suit your organisation we  can organise a suitable payment plan to provide more certainty in costs and business planning

Once we have finalised the formalities we supply signage for the workplace, information materials required instruction for site first aid staff and inform senior managers on how the medical response operates. Then it is just a matter of waiting for your call.

Onsite medical response is the first step in looking after employees in the workplace, they feel secure knowing that help is available 24 hours a day.

  • Drug & Alcohol Testing ( random or planned Saliva or urine IAW AS 4308 & AS 3547). we can do random or “for cause” testing on a single individual with 30 minutes notice including aviation screening meeting CASA Part 99 requirements.
